Warranty Coverage
Every diamondPans cookware piece is crafted for longevity. We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing flaws, defined as deviations from design specifications that affect the product's functionality. This warranty covers cookware purchased directly from diamondPans or our authorized retailers.
Conditions for Warranty Validity
- Proper Usage: This warranty applies only under conditions of normal household use and maintenance. Guidelines for proper usage are detailed on our website and in the product care guide included with each purchase.
- Original Owner: The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser or the initial gift recipient.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (original sales receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service with a completed warranty claim form, proof of purchase, detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect. Return products well-packaged via insured and trackable shipping, with the sender covering the postage.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Heat-related damages from thermal shocks, warping due to high heat, especially when the product is empty.

Replacement Policy
Upon verification of a valid claim, diamondPans will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective item at no cost. If the original model is unavailable, a replacement with comparable features and value will be provided.
General Terms
Severability: If any part of this warranty is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Processing Time: We aim to process claims within 7 business days, barring high volume periods or complex cases.
